Catalog Consistency at Scale

Interactive demos, pipeline preview, and a 20-tile pilot runbook shipped for a ~1000-tile catalog.

The challenge

The cost of inaction.

A national online entertainment brand had nearly a thousand live game tiles with inconsistent badges, labels, and framing. Their designer couldn't redraw the catalogue by hand — and letting AI redraw whole cards looked too messy for production.

Every new title meant another one-off design pass. The brand looked inconsistent, the designer stayed overloaded, and the browse experience felt unowned.

The response

How I solved it.

Lock one consistent brand frame for every tile. Use AI only to clean messy image edges and overlays, then have a human approve each result before it goes live. Start with a small pilot, then roll out the full catalog.

A production card system: brand framing that wraps provider art, interactive theme previews, a cleanup pipeline with human checks, and a clear path from demo to a 20-tile pilot then full catalog.

Deliverables

  • Reusable brand card frame
  • Interactive theme previews
  • AI image cleanup with human approval
  • Demo package + rollout runbook

What shipped

01

Shipped interactive demos, a working pipeline preview, and a clear rollout plan

02

Approach ready for a ~1000-tile catalog without redrawing every title by hand

03

Validated on 20 tiles with a how-to runbook before full catalog rollout

Why this worked

A messy catalog needed a simple production system — one brand frame their team could reuse, with AI helping on cleanup so every tile didn't mean a full redesign.

Keep the brand frame consistent; use AI where cleanup helps — designer stays in charge.
